The Pub Show launches seminar programme for 2025
The seminar programme for The Pub Show, in partnership with the British Institute of Innkeeping (BII), is now live, with a diverse range of industry experts taking to the stage to discuss the latest trends and topics in the pub & bar sector.

The show’s Pub Stage will see three busy days of content from partners including the BII, the British Beer and Pub Association (BBPA), KAM and WSET, along with discussions featuring pub owners and operators from across the UK.

Must attend sessions on Day One of the show include a discussion on boosting sales with alcohol-free brands, moderated by Laura Willoughby MBE, Co-Founder of Club Soda, and a discussion leveraging food trucks and alternative F&B solutions with Roxy Bentley of the Nationwide Caterers Association, Steve Banks of The Woodman, and Digby Vollrath, CEO & Co-Founder of Togather.

Day Two will take a look at the trend of ‘competitive socialising’ with Matt Eley of Gamechangers Organisation Ltd & The Oracle and Graham Cook of All Star Lanes followed by Melanie Todd of Sunny in London revealing the top 2025 social media trends for pubs & bars to stay ahead of the game.
Finally, on Day Three, HRC Ambassador Katie Deem of 4C Associates will be joined by Joe Gibson of 4C Associates and Max Shaw of Unique Inns Pub Co Ltd to discuss how pub owners and operators can choose the right tech for their business.
The Pub Show will also play host to a number of special partner events across the three days of the show, including a St Patrick’s Day ‘Lock In’ with the BII, daily Pub Show Quizzes with Simon Wilson of Hashtag Hosts. This is being held in the Beer Garden designed by WH Silverbacks which also houses the popular Taproom feature in partnership with Flightcase Bars.’
