Tanya is the Director of Legal Compliance and Operational Development at Barons Pub Company, a standards- and people-driven business with 11 sites. At Barons, she is committed to fostering meaningful careers within the hospitality industry. With a background as a Health and Safety and Learning and Development Consultant, Tanya has worked across multiple sectors, including retail, manufacturing, leisure, and hospitality. She is passionate about inspiring stakeholders at every level to recognize the value of compliance and its vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality. She firmly believes that everyone has the right to a safe workplace where their well-being is a priority.

In her role at Barons, Tanya leads the strategy for three key areas: Compliance, Training, and Operations. This position allows her to leverage learning and development as a tool for problem-solving and implementing preventative measures. She takes great satisfaction in designing strategies that empower and engage employees at all levels, encouraging them to take ownership of their development and recognize their contributions to both their success and the success of Barons.
